My Story

Tay is from Houston, Texas, and currently lives there. She first visited Disneyland® Resort when she was 7 years old, but more recently, she and her husband have taken their two children to both Walt Disney World® Resort and DisneylandResort many times over the years. After their first family trip to Disney, she was hooked! Tay and her family have created the most magical and irreplaceable memories. Whether racing to rope drop at park opening, laughing at roller coaster faces in Photopass photos, or reminiscing about the day over a fun and relaxing Disney dinner, their hearts are always full of the Disney magic. Tay quickly knew that this love of Disney should be shared, and thus, her dream of helping others create their own special memories was born!

Before becoming a Disney Vacation planner, Tay was a recruiter for McKinsey & Company for 7 years and a preschool teacher before that. These demanding careers required attention to detail, advanced planning, extreme organizational skills, and customer service –which serve her well as a Disney Travel Professional. Tay has traveled worldwide, arranging complex itineraries, and always finds her way back to Disney.

Disney provides the setting, but Tay provides the itinerary planning so you and your family can create Magical Memories –making it easy to have your vacation dreams come true. As Walt Disney himself said, “Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever.”

Tay is a College of Disney Knowledge graduate, as well as graduate of The University of Texas, at Austin.
